The one important thing with Pulse is the curation must include the HTML page the animation was on and use that URL. Do not directly specify the URL of the Pulse content files or else you will get an error saying content is not licensed.
Remember, having the original page the animation on is necessary because the animation is usually controlled by JavaScript on the page. If you have the Pulse content files but not the original page it was on, you won't be able to play the animation, both because the key will fail and because it won't know how to play the animation.
Make sure to save the pwc-file (special key-file) next to the HTML page.

This guide will show you how to curate Pulse using Flashpoint Core.

Before You Start

This tutorial will assume you've read the standard Curation Tutorial, which is highly recommended to go through.

Recognizing Pulse

Pulse content files use the .pwc and .pws file extensions. Before entering a page with Pulse content, right-click the page and click "Inspect Element" (or alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+I), then click "Network", then enter the page. If any .pwc or .pws files or any other files used by the program appear, click on them in the list, and links to the file will be available. This can only be done one at a time. If one of the files is a .pwc file and is very small in size, it is a key file. This file is required for the curation to work.

Curation Steps

Follow the Curation Format to add metadata for your game and create its correct content folder. The Platform should be Pulse and the Application Path should be FPSoftware\FlashpointSecurePlayer.exe.

Wrapping It Up

First, make sure that you have thoroughly tested your curation and followed the Curation Format. Scroll down in the Curate tab and click the Export button at the bottom of your curation to save it as a .7z file. After you've exported the curation, you can find it by clicking the Exported Curations button on the Curate tab (as long as you didn't choose to save it somewhere else). Once you have the file, submit it to the Flashpoint Submission System. An explanation of how the site works is available here.

After you have uploaded your curation to the website, a Curator will check it. This can take some time, so please be patient. You will be pinged in the #fpfss-notifications channel about whether or not your submission was approved, and if any changes need to be made.

Congratulations! Your submitted game/animation will appear in a future version of Flashpoint.
