This index is adapted from the Flash section on the respective wiki. The index there will likely be more up-to-date than this one. Said wiki also documents the history of the earlier Game Maker game editions.

standalone-20111013 2011-10-13 SWF The original standalone version.
standalone-201110xx 2011-10-XX SWF The existence of the color lock bug in submitted levels would imply its presence in the standalone version as well. In the 2012 old standalone, the bug is not present, implying a possible earlier fix in 2011.
standalone-20120113 Download 2012-01-13 SWF ProductInfo implies a compilation date of 2011-11-25, but Metadata lists 2012-01-13
standalone-20120113-distributable Newgrounds 2012-01-13 SWF Newgrounds Another version of the player pack. This was distributed to other sites and almost always showed a loading screen, otherwise plays identically.
standalone-20121012 Download 2012-10-12 SWF Interestingly implied by both ProductInfo and Metadata to be compiled in late 2012, long after the release of the player pack and removal of the old standalone from TrackMill.
